1/4 stick Butter
4-5 medium Potatoes Cut with Cajun Curl Chip Cutter
1 Tbls Cajun Curl™ Spice
After cutting the potatoes rinse in cold water until water turns cleans. we need to remove the starches so the potatoes will brown. when thru rinsing drains and dry potatoes. Heat Large cast-iron Skillet to medium heat with butter. Place potatoes in skillet with Cajun Curl™ Spice. stir potatoes every few minutes being sure to scrap the brown pieces off the pan. cook until browned you your liking. Serve with all you breakfast trimmings. And try Cajun Curl™ Spice on your eggs too!
