Injection Recipe 

1Cup Chicken Broth

1 Stick of Butter

1/4 Cup Lemon Juice

1Tbsp Cajun Curl™ Original Spice

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan over low heat. Stir until butter is melted.

Inject turkey, then coat outside with Cajun Curl™ Original Spice. Follow Fryer instructions for cooking times and temps.
