Beans and Rice

1LB Smoked Sausage

Onion Chopped

1Bell Pepper Chopped

2 cans beans (Great Northern or Red Kidney Beans)

2 Tbls Cajun Curl™ Seasoning

2 Cups Cooked rice

In a large pan heat sausage to render fat then add onions and peppers. Cook until onions are soft. Add beans and seasoning bringing to a simmer. Cover and cook for 15-20minutes. Serve over rice.
