Cajun Curl™ Asparagus

4 Lamb Chops

1 Tbsp Cajun Curl™ Original Spice 

1 Tsp Dried Thyme

1/4 C Finely Chopped Onions 

1/2 C White Wine or Water

1/4 C Lemon Juice

3 Tbsp Minced Mint or Parsley

 

 

 

Coat Lamb with Cajun Curl™ Original Spice and Thyme let marinate for 15- 20 minutes. Warm pan to medium to high heat with cooking oil. Cook on each side for 3 minutes turning until reaching safe temperature. Set lamb aside, add onions, cooking for 4-5 minutes. Pour wine and Lemon Juice, cook until reduced to 1/2 or 1/3 is left. Add Mint cooking until the leaves begin to change colors. Pour sauce over lamb. 

 

Serve with Cajun Curl™ asparagus and Cajun Curl™ Diced Potatoes.
