Cajun Curl™ Squash Chips

4 Cups Zucchini or Summer Squash cut thin

Cajun Curl™ Fish Fry

Cut squash Into thin 1/16 inch thick slices or cut with Cajun Curl™ Chipcutter. Pack firmly into large measuring cup to measure 4 cups. 
Heat oil in Deep Fryer to 310 degrees. 
make Fish Fry as instructed here in a bowl. Put small amounts of the cut squash into the bowl. Coat only enough squash that will comfortably float on the top of the cooking oil without clumping together. Do not batter the entire amount of squash at one time or it will draw out moisture from squash and get soggy. 
Fry (with oil .at 310 degrees). Turn occasionally while cooking. Remove when the squash/batter gets medium brown and is lightly limp and place on paper towels. Sprinkle with Cajun Curl™ Seasoning to taste. It will crisp slightly as it cools. Repeat process. Enjoy.
