Cajun Shrimp and Sausage Pasta


  • ½ lb penne pasta

  • 1 Lb Shrimp

  • 1 lb andouille sausage

  • 1 11oz can corn

  • 115 oz can black beans

  • ½ lb pasta cooked

  • 3 Tbsp mayo

  • 6 oz fresh spinach

  • 2 Tbsp Cajun Curl Original Spice

In a large stock pot boil noodles, drain and let cool. Rinse then drain corn and black beans and heat in a small pot. Heat a large skillet medium-high. Render fat from sausage then remove.  Coat shrimp with Cajun Curl™ Original Spice, cook until shrimp turns pink 3-5 minutes. Remove shrimp. Cook spinach in skillet until limp. In a large bowl combine all ingredients until uniformly mixed.
