Cajun Curl Hash
1/4 stick Butter
4-5 medium Potatoes Cut with Cajun Curl Chip Cutter
1 Tbls Cajun Curl™ Original Spice
After cutting the potatoes rinse in cold water until water turns cleans. We need to remove the starch so the potatoes will brown. Drain and dry potatoes. Heat Large cast-iron Skillet to medium heat with butter. Place potatoes in skillet with Cajun Curl™ Spice. Stir potatoes every few minutes being sure to scrap the brown pieces off the pan. Cook until browned you your liking. Serve with all you breakfast trimmings. Try Cajun Curl™ Spice on your eggs too!
