1 Lb Ground Beef

1 Lb Beef Stew Meat

1/2 Lb Smoked Sausage

1 Medium Onion Chopped

1 Can Rotel Tomatoes Drained

3 Qts Chicken Broth
-
2 Tblsp Cajun Curl™ Spice

1 Tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
-
Dash of hot sauce

5 Lbs Vegetable SoupMix
-
4 Medium Potatoes Cut into Cubes
Brown meats and onions then add Tomatoes, Broth, Hot sauce, Worcestershire, and spices in large pot and boil for 10 minutes. Add vegetable soup mix cook for 30 minutes then add potatoes. Cooking for 20 minutes. Serve with Grilled Cheese or Crackers.
