Cajun Curl Pickle Chips

  • 3 Large Whole Dill Pickles

  • Cajun Curl™ Fish Fry

Cut Pickles Into thin 1/16 inch thick slices or cut with Cajun Curl™ Chipcutter. 
Heat oil in Deep Fryer to 310 degrees. 
Make Fish Fry as instructed here in a bowl. Put small amounts of the cut pickles into the bowl. Coat only enough pickles that will comfortably float on the top of the cooking oil without clumping together. Do not batter the entire amount of pickles at one time or it will draw out moisture from pickles and get soggy. 
Fry (with oil .at 310 degrees). Turn occasionally while cooking. Remove when the pickle/batter gets medium brown and is lightly limp and place on paper towels. Sprinkle with Cajun Curl™ Original Seasoning to taste. It will crisp slightly as it cools. Repeat process. Enjoy with ranch or dipping sauce of choice!
