Cajun Curl Melting Potatoes

  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 1 Stick of Butter
  • 2 Tblspn Cooking Oil
  • Cajun Curl Original Spice
  • ½ C Chicken Broth

Preheat oven to 375. Peel potatoes then cut into 1 ½ to 2-inch disks. Coat with Cajun Curl Original Spice. In a large cast-iron skillet heat oil over medium-high heat. Add ½ stick of butter, brown potatoes on one side for 4-5 minutes. Turn Potatoes over and add Chicken Broth and remaining butter cut into small pieces. Put in oven uncovered and bake for 30 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender.
