Cajun Curl Meatloaf

  • 1.5 lbs ground beef

  • 1 5oz bag of Croutons (garlic and cheese or your favorite)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • 2 tbsp Cajun Curl Original Spice

  • 12 oz bacon

Crush croutons into bread crumbs. In a large bowl beat eggs, then add Worcestershire, Cajun Curl, Bread Crumbs, and meat. Line the pan with bacon then put the mixture in, cover the top with bacon.  Cook at 375 degrees for 40 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. Glaze and cook until the glazed starts to carmelize.


Glaze

3 Tbsp Ketchup

2 Tbsp White vinegar

1 Tbsp Brown sugar

In a medium saucepan combine ingredients over medium heat until combined.
