Cajun Curl Catfish Down Under

A Cajun Curl™ Spice Flavored Delight

1Can Clam Chowder

2 Lbs  Catfish Fillets

1 Medium Onion (Chopped or Sliced on Chip Cutter)

8 oz Cheddar Cheese

1/2 Cup Italian Bred Crumbs

1/2 Lb Butter or Margarine

3 Eggs ( Beat and Mix with Chowder)

1 Tbs Cajun Curl™ Spice 

 

Use a 9 X 12 glass casserole. Rub half of the butter on the casserole dish bottom and sides. Sprinkle 1/Sth cup of the bread crumbs on bottom. Lightly sprinkle the Cajun Curl Spice on the catfish and spread pieces of fish evenly in layer. Spread chopped onion evenly in layer. Spread Egg and Chowder mix evenly in layer. Sprinkle cheese evenly in layer. Spread balance of bread crumbs evenly in layer. 

 

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour and will be brown on top. Serves 4 as entree. 

 

Option: Spice, may substitute salt and pepper to taste.
